Features: This textbook is designed according to the standards for listening skills required by first- and second-year university students, as outlined in the "Teaching Syllabus for English Majors in Higher Education" (April 2000 edition). It consists of two volumes and is intended for use by first- and second-year English majors in college. It is also suitable for learners of similar proficiency levels as a textbook or for self-study.
