Features: As a preliminary study, we focus our attention primarily on the construction of the discipline of corruption criminology, with discussions on issues such as: the concept of corruption criminology, its research objects or scope, and research frameworks. The subject, root causes, and manifestations of corruption crimes, the reasons for the increase in corruption crimes during China's transitional period, the characteristics of corruption crimes and anti-corruption measures in different eras and social systems, specific forms of corruption behavior (e.g., bribery and embezzlement), their characteristics, causes, and prevention strategies in specific fields (e.g., state-owned enterprises and the judicial system), as well as concepts such as power corruption and power control, corruption crimes and anti-corruption measures, and so on.
