This is conducive to candidates' understanding and mastery of the course.
To help candidates for the higher education self-study examination in law (including law, legal practice, correctional management, public security, etc.) in various regions better study and prepare for the exam, we have organized experienced teachers and scholars who have long been engaged in teaching and tutoring for the law self-study examination to write this series of "Course Self-Study Examination Guidance and Solutions." Insurance Law Self-Study Examination Guidance and Solutions is based on the Insurance Law Self-Study Examination Syllabus formulated by the National Higher Education Self-Study Examination Guidance Committee and the Insurance Law textbook for the national higher education self-study examination, and it has been compiled by synthesizing the examination situations over the years.
Considering the uneven state of course paper-setting in various regions in recent years, especially the possibility of multiple question-type combinations in different regions' exams, this book covers various question types. However, with the standardization, specification, and increased emphasis on candidates' abilities in self-study examinations, the National Examination Committee has recently organized experts from all relevant fields to adjust the curriculum settings for certain professional courses, further clarifying the content and scope of study and examination. In the future, higher education self-study examinations will mainly consist of multiple-choice questions, term-explanation questions, short-answer questions, essay questions, and case-analysis questions. This situation should be noted by social tutoring institutions and candidates in all regions.
