Outline of Legal Supervision

Features: The core issues explored in Outlines of Legal Supervision can be summarized in layman's terms as: what is supervision, why supervise, what to supervise, and how to supervise. In previous textbooks or works, the focus has primarily been on "what legal supervision is," while neglecting "what legal supervision should be." We hope that Outlines of Legal Supervision is not a mere repetition of others' viewpoints or an empty academic romance. Through "free-ranging discussions," we aim to bring the history and world of legal supervision before us, provoke profound reflection, inspire creative impulses, resonate with the public, and draw the attention of the state and society to legal supervision. This nearly "naive" creative purpose may currently be only a necessary process in the academic history of legal supervision, but we firmly believe that it will ultimately evolve into a great project for the construction of the rule of law in China.
