Features: This book is a supplementary teaching reference for the 21st Century Legal Series Textbook "General Principles of Commercial Law." As a teaching reference, during the writing process, we strive to ensure comprehensive content, prominent viewpoints, and a wealth of information, providing readers studying commercial law with detailed and rich reference materials to meet the requirements of the General Principles of Commercial Law course. The book is divided into three parts. Part I is a summary of arguments, and its format is arranged according to the chapters of the "General Principles of Commercial Law" book, covering 7 chapters such as Introduction to Commercial Law, Overview of Foreign Commercial Legal Systems, Commercial Legal Persons, Commercial Legal Acts, Commercial Registration, Business Names, and Business Ledgers, introducing the latest research findings and various viewpoints of scholars at home and abroad. It is especially noteworthy that we have not made excessive comments on the different viewpoints but have focused more on objective introductions. Part II is an assembly of legislative materials, including foreign legislative materials, domestic laws, regulations, rules, and the Supreme People's Court's relevant replies, answers, provisions, and notices. In terms of material selection, for the vast commercial legislation of foreign countries, we have only selected some famous commercial codes and commercial laws, while for domestic relevant legislation, we have made every effort to collect as much as possible. Since this book covers the General Principles of Commercial Law, many commercial codes and commercial laws are excerpted. Part III lists the main references.
