Features: The world changes so fast! A group of Qing history researchers have set their eyes on legends. "Legend," with its "odd," is passed down. Over thousands of years, the "legends" passed down are mostly stories, novels, myths, and anecdotes that have been interpreted as odd. This has become the general understanding of "legend." If historical figures or events have the dramatic ups and downs of a novel, they are then labeled as "legendary figures," "legendary events," or individuals or events with a "legendary touch."
In the northeastern horizon, a divine steed once appeared. It chased lightning and traversed the sun. The divine steed was known by names like "Absolute Land," "Flipping Feather," "Crossing Shadow," "Surpassing Glow," "Overlight," "Riding Mist," and "Winged Wing." It could gallop across cities, leap over moats, and soar through clouds. It was nameless, yet it chased lightning and traversed the sun. The thunder blended with the whistling of its hooves. The lightning flashed, illuminating the flying hooves. The sun, the sky, the divine steed—transformed into a mystical, meat-red hue.
Years passed, and the divine steed's form vanished from the vast sky. Yet, the mystical, meat-red hue reappeared from time to time, evoking awe, excitement, contemplation, and admiration. Ah, where did you come from? To where will you return? In the universe, there is no answer, only a slow-flowing ancient melody once sung by Emperor Wu of Han: "The divine steed, oh, the dragon's messenger."
