Features: The development of China's socialist economy also requires universities to cultivate new economic and management professionals who are proficient in the basic theories and systems of economic law and can consciously act in accordance with the law, in order to meet the needs of the market economy for versatile management talents. The basic structure of this book is as follows: Part I Basic Theories of Economic Law, Part II Economic Organization Law, Part III Market Management and Market Conduct Law, Part IV Macro-Economic Control Law, Part V Arbitration and Litigation Law.
