Features: "The purpose of the MBA entrance interview is to assess the comprehensive qualities and potential abilities of candidates that are difficult to reflect in the preliminary exam. By combining the performance in the preliminary exam and other stages of the interview, it evaluates the candidate's potential for development in the field of management." If you successfully pass the preliminary exam but do not pay enough attention to the interview, or if you pay enough attention but lack a complete understanding, or if you have a complete understanding but do not have the correct approach, then victory will only smile at others, even if you are talented and suitable for an MBA. People often misunderstand the word "technique," likely due to the result of the proverb "cheating to get ahead." The techniques I discuss here are definitely not about "masking" in the interview, but rather about training students to use the correct methods and procedures to showcase their inherent potential. Any originally excellent student may be eliminated due to a lack of understanding of the true essence of the interview, thereby conveying a series of wrong messages to the examiners. This is a loss for both the student and the business school. Therefore, writing this book is beneficial not only to students but also to business schools. This book first introduces the general overview of the MBA entrance interview for all candidates, and on this basis, it supplements relevant content according to the "Guidelines for the 2005 MBA Entrance Interview" issued by the National Advisory Committee on Business Administration Master Education. The core content of this book focuses on economic and management knowledge before the MBA, with extensions to related business knowledge, aiming to provide candidates with a clear framework to follow and achieve breakthroughs in a short period. Several years of interview coaching have given me more insights. First, I must declare that this is not solely my personal achievement. More credit goes to the organizers who provided us with an outstanding interview coaching team. Their extensive professional experience and sharp minds have allowed every participant in our interview coaching team to continuously learn and improve, making our coaching results even more outstanding. Before we begin, let me once again express my gratitude to all my partners who worked with me late into the night during each stage of the interview coaching!
