— Handle the relationship between planning and the citizens. Citizens are the masters of the city, and the development and construction of the city are directly related to their interests. Involving citizens in the formulation, implementation, and supervision of planning ensures that urban planning, construction, and management better reflect public sentiment, concentrate public wisdom, and cherish public resources. Only in this way is it particularly important to establish a supervision mechanism that includes legislative oversight, public oversight, and media oversight to ensure the implementation of planning and the cultivation of urban awareness.
