Features: This "Standard" is formulated based on the characteristics and nature of electric welders, in accordance with the requirements of vocational skill certification and the 1995 jointly issued "Workers' Technical Grade Standards" by the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Machine Industry. After thorough research and soliciting opinions from relevant units, it serves as a further refinement and quantification of the assessment outline on the basis of the workers' technical grade standards. It is the primary basis for vocational skill certification. It not only plays a significant role in ensuring the standardization and improving the quality of certification but also holds high reference value for vocational skill training. This "Standard" is divided into three levels: primary, intermediate, and advanced, each including assessment requirements, assessment content, and sample questions. Targeting the characteristics of trades in the machinery industry while considering the socialization requirements of vocational skill certification, the "assessment weight" is not overly detailed. Each "assessment standard" generally determines only one weight value (score), regardless of the number of items within the scope. Participants in the skill certification examination who can correctly complete the question requirements will receive the full score for that assessment scope.
