Appendix I only includes the formulations of 32 basic media, and briefly introduces references on over 200 flower species' tissue culture research reported in China during the 1990s. It can serve as a technical guide for production personnel in floral tissue culture rapid propagation enterprises, an important reference book for floral tissue culture researchers, and a good popular reading material for floral tissue culture enthusiasts.
