Introduction: In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Construction's notice "On Issuing the Plan for the Formulation and Revision of National Engineering Construction Standard Norms in 2004" (Jianbiao [2004] No. 67), this code was revised based on the "National Unified Engineering Construction Budget Engineering Quantity Calculation Rules" issued by the Ministry of Construction in 1995.
