Construction quality acceptance specification for building floor construction

Features: This specification was revised by the Jiangsu Provincial Construction Engineering Administration, in conjunction with relevant units, based on the requirements of the Ministry of Construction's Notice on Issuing the Specification (Jianbiao [2001] No. 87). During the revision process, the specification drafting team conducted specialized research, carried out extensive investigations, summarized years of experience in building floor engineering materials and construction, and comprehensively revised the specification in accordance with the principle of "separating acceptance and evaluation, strengthening acceptance, improving methods, and controlling the process." The team participated in multiple ministerial specification study meetings and coordination sessions, revised the draft eight times, and widely solicited opinions from relevant units across the country through various channels, making repeated revisions on key issues. Finally, a review meeting was held to finalize and submit the specification.
This specification is primarily based on the original national standard "Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Building Floor Engineering" GB50209-95, which was revised by merging relevant inspection project content from the original state standard "Specification for Quality Inspection and Evaluation of Construction Engineering" GBJ301-88 into a national standard. It is also aligned with the current national standard "Specification for Building Floor Design" GB50037 and corresponds to relevant process control and quality acceptance indicators in the current national construction quality acceptance specification.
The main content of this specification includes eight chapters: General Provisions, Terms, Basic Provisions, Substrate Laying, Monolithic Surface Layer Laying, Block Surface Layer Laying, Wood and Bamboo Surface Layer Laying, and Acceptance of Division (Subdivision) Engineering.
The main provisions of this standard include: the division of division (subdivision) engineering and sub-projects, the inclusion of process control clauses, highlighting the inspection content of key and general project construction quality standards, and strengthening the acceptance of division (subdivision) engineering. Therefore, this specification not only covers engineering quality acceptance but also includes process acceptance.
