Publishing Date: 2005-06-01
Features: Volume 108 of The History of the Yuan Dynasty is dedicated to the Mongol Princes and their fiefdoms of the Yuan Dynasty, holding significant historical value. Unfortunately, the table contains some errors and numerous omissions, and is overly brief. The renowned French sinologist, Professor Han Baisi, has compiled Annotations and Explanations of the Table of Princes in The History of the Yuan Dynasty, correcting the errors and filling the gaps, while also investigating the genealogical lineages of key figures. Its historical value now surpasses the original table. The translator has verified a vast amount of historical records and widely consulted opinions from experts in Yuan Dynasty studies, providing necessary annotations and revisions to the original work, thereby enhancing its completeness.
