Features: Develop right brain potential, stay one step ahead! The higher the education, the weaker the right brain ability. The fault lies not in education itself, but in the methods we choose. During his visit to China, the President of Northwestern Polytechnical University in the United States pointed out: Chinese education is highly rigorous, logical, and knowledge-rich, cultivating students with strong abstract thinking abilities but relatively weaker behavioral skills, such as creativity, dedication, and interpersonal relationships. This is reflected in poor self-management skills, a lack of cooperation, and a common phenomenon where many people struggle with impromptu speeches lasting only three minutes. This book proposes the theory of "Don't let our right brain lie idle," aiming to emphasize the need to eliminate the rigid influence of traditional left brain thinking and focus on the "power of the right brain." This is an urgent and critical adjustment required in all aspects of life, work, and interpersonal relationships. A book titled "Don't Bother Me, Mr. Feynman" frequently appears on bestseller lists. The physicist Mr. Feynman, a playful yet Nobel laureate, excels in various pranks, such as picking locks, playing the didgeridoo, and painting, truly being skilled in everything he does. He masters one skill to perfection, showcasing his achievements in physics, which starkly contrasts with the usual image of a stern scientist. However, to be fair, this also analyzes the issue of why contemporary Chinese writers and scientists fail to win the Nobel Prize—it stems from our image concepts and education system. China's current education system prioritizes left brain training over the right brain, neglecting the differences between Eastern and Western cultural traditions. It focuses on knowledge (imparting knowledge) while ignoring the cultivation of abilities. The key to solving this series of problems lies in not letting our right brain lie idle. Evidence shows that the secret to the extraordinary achievements of outstanding individuals lies in the balanced development of both hemispheres of the brain. They all possess qualities beyond non-intellectual factors—creative thinking. Regarding this point, the renowned physicist and Nobel laureate Dr. Tsung-Dao Lee said very clearly: "Science and art are two sides of the same coin, neither can exist without the other."
