Features: This book is one of the courses offered in higher education institutions in China, divided into nineteen chapters. It concisely and systematically introduces the civil, commercial, and economic laws and regulations commonly used in China's business management activities, incorporating the latest achievements in legal theory and practice. The book's distinctive feature lies in its emphasis on the introduction of legal practice, striving to enhance its operability. The book is arranged according to a broad understanding of the concept. The rationale for adopting this broad interpretation is as follows: First, under the current model, the regulation of economic relationships by law has shifted to a comprehensive adjustment mode where different legal departments complement and integrate. Any modern law that regulates economic relationships often contains legal norms of different natures. Therefore, using a narrow departmental law division to determine the content of an economic law textbook is one-sided and fails to meet the basic objectives of legal education for business management majors. Second, the "Basic Requirements for Teaching Core Courses in Business Administration" issued by the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education of China adopts a broad interpretation of economic law teaching requirements. The book closely aligns with the basic objectives of legal education for business management majors, incorporating the fundamental content of civil law, commercial law, and economic law. During the textbook writing process, efforts are made to reflect the latest legislative and legal research achievements in China, emphasizing the connection between theory and practice. It particularly highlights the introduction of legal practice, striving to improve its operability.
