Features: In the 21st century, how will the role of architects or architectural design behavior change? When considering this question, the first thing to consider is: how will the living conditions of different regions and different groups change? How will the social situation change? For these questions, we should think about them from relevant aspects such as cities, architecture, and living environments. While considering the current social situation and the abilities that architects must possess, we will interpret the "7 Key Issues in the 21st Century Architecture Field" and the background, key points, and relevant design examples and technical solutions for each issue.
1st Key Issue: Multimedia Technology
2nd Key Issue: Sustainable Development
3rd Key Issue: Universal Design
4th Key Issue: Workplace
5th Key Issue: Overall Project Management
6th Key Issue: Collaboration
7th Key Issue: Creating Community
In the 21st century, the field of architecture, apart from the above-mentioned 7 key issues, of course, has many other issues. However, in my opinion, these 7 key issues are unavoidable. Each of these issues is complex and important. As long as the architect clearly understands their mission, they will be able to find corresponding solutions. Therefore, do not just stay at the surface level of understanding these issues, but rather understand their essence. This requires architects to have strong insight, to treat nature kindly, to observe human behavior and psychology, and ultimately to achieve the best state of "I love everyone, and everyone loves me."
