Features: The survival and development of the middle class require various objective conditions. Economic, political, cultural, and educational backgrounds are indispensable. China's over two decades of productivity development have attracted worldwide attention, and political reforms have begun. However, China's cultural and educational reforms are relatively lagging behind. The feudal culture spanning five thousand years and the uniform education system under a centralized regime are stumbling blocks to China's economic development. China cannot blindly advocate for "returning overseas talents" or blindly adopt Western concepts, but it should also not entirely reject the core values of Western culture and thought: individualism and the useful aspects of pragmatism. This is because they are closely related to contemporary concepts of interests, legal principles, and input-output. The middle class has become the driving force behind the development of science, technology, culture, education, and productivity in developed Western countries, as well as a catalyst for social stability. The middle class is also a role model for the poor to achieve wealth, relying not on fate, the land, parents, or relatives, but on self-reliance and self-strengthening, each contributing according to their abilities. Under China's current system, with gradually more lenient policies and a legal environment, more people will undoubtedly join the middle class. As this growing middle class continues to expand, it will definitely drive faster development in Chinese society, contribute to the early revival of the Chinese nation, and foster greater social stability.
