Features: Starting from 2004, the 120 exam questions in middle school entrance exams across the country began to break the monopoly of topic-based essays. The exam questions included various writing formats such as topic selection essays, picture essays, and material-based essays. In 2005, fewer exams used topic-based essays, while the proportion of other types of essays increased significantly. This posed a new challenge for examinees. To help candidates adapt effectively to this change, we collected over 120 exam questions nationwide. Due to space limitations, we selected more than 60 representative regions and specially invited local middle school entrance exam grading experts to collect the recognized excellent essays from on-site grading. From the perspective of grading, we provided detailed evaluations of these outstanding essays and also compiled a question bank of over 70 additional exam questions. The selection of essays and their detailed evaluations have been recognized by experts from the Chinese Language Teaching Research Association, ensuring the authority of this book.
