Features: The first edition of "Newly Edited Neonatal Asphyxia Resuscitation" has sold over 40,000 copies and has conducted training workshops in more than 20 provinces and cities, significantly reducing mortality rates from asphyxia. It has also trained a new generation of instructors. In some areas, training workshops have been held in a tiered manner to expand the impact and foster grassroots innovation. To keep pace with the development of medical science and enhance its effectiveness, the book has been revised and enriched by incorporating advanced experiences from both domestic and international sources. At the 2003 National Perinatal Medicine Academic Conference, neonatal asphyxia was highlighted as a key topic. That same year, the Ministry of Health and Johnson & Johnson's Pediatric Research Institute collaborated to establish a five-year "Newly Edited Neonatal Asphyxia Resuscitation Training Program." This initiative will further advance the widespread adoption of the training. To support the in-depth development of the program and better align with national conditions, this book has been published. Training also requires corresponding equipment and facilities to be operational. Efforts are being made to encourage manufacturers to accelerate updates and disseminate information to readers, ensuring that trainees can obtain hands-on equipment to effectively apply their skills.
