What to do about endocrine imbalance and pimples on the cheeks

Patient's question:

Junior high school had acne, high school onwards, cheeks kept getting acne, chin also had oily face, large pores. Past treatment history and effectiveness: After taking medicine, it wouldn't appear for one or two months, then it would break out again. What kind of help is desired: Cure

Doctor's answer:

The acne we commonly refer to is also known as (pimples). The general causes of acne include: generational inheritance, excessive sebum secretion, endocrine disorders, bacteria within the hair follicle-sebaceous gland, diet, and emotional changes. The outbreak of a single pimple goes through three stages:
1. Early Stage: In the early stage, the skin in the area where the pimple is about to form feels slightly red and hardened. Lightly pressing on it may cause a bit of pain.
2. Middle Stage: In the middle stage, as someone with experience (like me) can tell by touch, the pimple has already started to form a pustule, though it may not be very noticeable from the surface.
3. Late Stage: At this stage, the pimple has fully matured, with a very obvious pustule.
