Features: "Learn from the past to guide the future," this book introduces the success and failure experiences of typical enterprises in China in 2002, particularly private enterprises, providing valuable insights, perspectives, and materials for entrepreneurs, economic researchers, and students. The book is divided into two parts: Part 1, which is the focal point of the book, presents 14 classic cases of private enterprises. These cases primarily focus on the transformation of internal financial management. Private enterprises have gradually become the locomotives of China's economic growth, and from a financial perspective, the prominent issue in their growth process is the lack of capital, necessitating strengthened financial management and operations. In the 14 cases of Part 1, there are successful examples that effectively avoided risks and continuously broke through, as well as failed cases where financial chain breaks led to magnified risks and eventual setbacks. Part 2 introduces 5 typical cases of state-owned enterprises. This section primarily focuses on the external financial management environment. The purpose is to combine cases not only for experience learning but also for an in-depth understanding of China's current financial operation environment. In terms of chapter structure, the book adopts a case-based approach with background and commentary as the main framework. At the end of the book, relevant links and discussion questions are included. In terms of case content, timeliness and usefulness are highlighted. During the writing process, the author also paid special attention to the richness and vividness of the cases.
