Features: The manuscript presented to the readers consists of 28 articles on jurisprudence written between 2001 and 2005, reflecting some of my academic achievements in the field during this period. These 28 articles are all inspired by the problems encountered in jurisprudence research and teaching, as well as the issues directly addressed through participation and observation of legal practice. This aligns with my long-standing aversion to the academic whining of pseudo-problems. Some of the writings were produced while teaching jurisprudence or examining students, noticing that certain students were influenced by some misconceptions. In their understanding of law, jurisprudence, and legal philosophy, they often harbored vague or superficial notions, prompting me to feel the need to clarify these issues.
