Features: The Introduction to Economic Law marks the 25th anniversary of my engagement in teaching, research, legislation, and judicial practice in economic law. Now, the revised sixth edition has passed another five years. During these five years, the changes in economic law have been largely summarized in the sixth edition:
1. The fundamental spirit of economic law is the "unity of coordination and intervention," which has made the content of economic law more substantial and perfect. Under the market economy system, "coordination" and "intervention" are everywhere and in everything. It has been proven that their practical guiding role is even more evident. For specific details, please refer to the chapters of the sixth edition.
2. The content of the basic legal systems of economic law is summarized into three main parts: the first part is the market regulation law, including the regulation of market entities and the regulation of the market order. For specific details, please refer to the second and third chapters of the sixth edition.
3. The macro-control law of economic law, including the objects, means, and role of macro-control, have become more prominent. This is something that no other departmental law can replace. For specific details, please refer to the fourth chapter of the sixth edition, which specifically includes the law on plans and prices, agriculture and investment, transportation and transportation law, finance and finance law, foreign exchange and foreign trade law, regional economic development and legal systems, etc. The content of this revision and enrichment is quite substantial.
