The book also examines the influence of traditional cultures such as Confucianism, Legalism, the Hundred Schools of Thought, as well as Buddhist, Taoist, Feng Shui theories, folk customs, and other traditional traditions on architectural art, highlighting their rational core. Additionally, it explores architectural space, form composition, environmental art techniques, the history of architectural decoration and color, the history of furniture art, the history of Sino-foreign architectural cultural exchanges, comparative studies, the intersection of tradition and modernity, and the inheritance of tradition. The book also incorporates newly discovered materials and achievements up to the mid-1990s.
