How to treat vaginitis and urethritis

Patient's question:

23 years old, suddenly had dysuria and difficulty urinating in the morning three days ago. In the morning, the amount of urine gradually increased, but there was blood in the urine, lower abdominal pain. After a thorough examination at the hospital, the doctor said it was caused by urethritis due to vaginitis and cervical erosion. The urinalysis showed 3+ blood, 1+ protein, and 2+ white blood cells. By that afternoon, a fever had already started.

Doctor's answer:

When suffering from mild cervical erosion, patients generally have no obvious subjective symptoms, or may only experience a slight increase in leukorrhea, which is often easily overlooked. Many patients' cervical erosion is discovered during population surveys or follow-up visits for other gynecological conditions. The most prominent symptoms of moderate and severe cervical erosion are an increased amount of leukorrhea, which is yellow, viscous, or mixed with blood streaks, and in very few cases, recurrent post-coital bleeding. Long-term inflammatory leukorrhea can also lead to vulvar pruritus.
