Features: During the writing of this book, the following points were taken into consideration:
First, the typicality of the cases. The cases collected in this book are mostly those that involved significant disputes during the process of procuratorial work, and these disputes relate to the understanding of a certain type of issue in the application of criminal law.
Second, the practicality of the cases. During the editing, we not only aimed to comprehensively reflect the objective circumstances of the cases but also listed the different controversial viewpoints from judicial practice departments, with a focus on analyzing legal application issues, enabling readers to learn by example and apply what they have learned.
Third, the theoretical nature of the cases. Most of the authors of the cases in this book are procurators who have long been engaged in procuratorial practice and possess a solid theoretical foundation and strong research capabilities. They take cases as the subject of their research, conducting studies at the level of criminal law theory and principles, using specific cases to illustrate broader principles and making comprehensive connections between criminal law theory and judicial practice.
