The book is divided into thirteen chapters, which are: Introduction to Corporate Strategic Management, Analysis of the External Environment of the Enterprise, Analysis of Internal Conditions of the Enterprise, Determination of Corporate Strategic Goals, Corporate Competitive Strategy, Corporate Diversification Strategy, Corporate Strategic Alliances, Strategic Analysis and Strategic Choice, Corporate Strategic Implementation, and Corporate Strategic Control. This book is based on the author's many years of teaching and research in corporate strategic management, as well as references to relevant domestic and international textbooks, monographs, and papers. At the same time, to adapt to the new trends of corporate reform and development, the book strives to reflect the latest theoretical research findings and practical experience, hoping to play a positive role in promoting corporate strategic management in China. The second edition of this book was revised and improved based on the first edition, with the following additions: At the beginning of each chapter, the learning objectives of the chapter are listed to help students understand the basic content and key points of each chapter during their study. Cases are provided after each chapter for students to analyze the learned issues or discuss in class. Through case analysis, students can improve their ability to apply knowledge. Chapter 2 was significantly revised, discussing both the analysis of the corporate macroenvironment and the structure of industry competitive forces, as well as how to analyze key competitors. Chapter 5 was revised to focus on the three types of corporate competitive strategies and the selection of competitive strategies for enterprises in different industries. Chapter 6 was expanded to include relevant content on corporate diversification strategy. Considering the increasing importance of corporate strategic alliances and mergers and acquisitions, the second edition of this book discusses them separately in Chapters 7 and 8, with additional new content. Chapter 9, on corporate internationalization strategy, was substantially revised, with added discussions on issues related to corporate internationalization in the context of globalization. The remaining chapters also underwent updates and content supplements.
