Features: The textbook "Basic Research in Orthopedics and Traumatology" is divided into five chapters:

Chapter 4 primarily introduces the progress of new clinical techniques in orthopedics and traumatology, such as arthroscopy, minimally invasive and interventional therapy, microsurgery, and AO, BO techniques and theories.
Chapter 5 introduces new technologies in basic research of orthopedics and traumatology, such as the application of animal models, cellular biotechnology, molecular biotechnology, electron microscopy, immunohistochemistry, and biomechanical methods in basic research of orthopedics and traumatology.
