In addition to the preface, the textbook is divided into two parts: the first part is General Principles of Criminal Law, which systematically and in-depthly discusses the basic principles of criminal law and the general norms of criminal law in the fields of general criminal law and general criminal punishment; the second part is Specific Crimes, which discusses macro issues of specific crimes and elaborates on the common issues of the ten categories of crimes stipulated in the current Criminal Code of China, as well as the criminal norms and theoretical issues of each crime, with varying levels of detail based on the needs of theory and practice, with clear priorities.
