Chapters 4 and 5 focus on the various policy measures, practical effects, achievements, and existing problems adopted by successive Indian governments at different stages of the country's industrialization process. The conclusion addresses the evaluation of India's industrialization path. The author emphasizes an overview and horizontal comparison of the characteristics and current status of India's industrialization path, and based on this, proposes prospects for India's industrialization development and its implications for China.
