Features: In interpersonal interactions, whether one pays attention to etiquette and whether one behaves civilized and polite have become the standards for measuring one's level of cultural refinement. In public relations and business activities, there is also a public relations principle: "In public relations, nothing is trivial." Organizational image is a big deal, and a good organizational image is reflected by countless small matters and the behavior of countless individual employees. Therefore, appropriately using etiquette principles to regulate words and deeds can not only improve personal quality, build good relationships, and achieve success, but also enhance the overall level of civilization in the team, making the team thrive. The Hong Kong "Asia Weekly" reported that during the May Day Golden Week holiday, a large number of mainland Chinese tourists traveled abroad, which not only showed the "luxury" of the rich Chinese people but also exposed some "rich" people's "uncharitableness." These inappropriate behaviors, such as "being poorly dressed, spitting everywhere, not queuing for transportation," and "smokers who ignored smoking bans in tourist attractions and certain public places, still smoked leisurely, drawing the ridicule of foreign tourists," etc., "truly shamed the country abroad." The article concluded: "It should be said that the mainstream of the Chinese tourist army is healthy and is welcomed by the international community. However, the unrefined behavior of a few has impacted international civilized norms and cultural atmosphere. China's modernization not only requires material civilization but also spiritual civilization, and even more so, public morality. A well-filled wallet without civilized etiquette still makes one a poor and uncharitable person. Such a nation will remain a backward one." It is clear how important etiquette is to an individual and a nation. The formation of etiquette norms is the result of people's repeated social interactions and life practices, and they are fixed through certain customs, habits, and traditional behavioral patterns. This conventional norm continuously guides or controls people's interactions, specifying certain behavioral patterns and expressions in specific situations, telling people what to do and what not to do. For example, standing up and saluting when the national anthem is played, or wearing evening attire when attending a banquet. In fact, etiquette sets a fixed track for people to follow, or it prescribes a set of models that people should adhere to in their social life. Adhering to it will earn social recognition and make life more appropriate and smooth; violating it or deviating from it will often lead to the punishment of social customs and may even result in severe consequences.
