What methods are used to treat chronic vaginitis?

Vaginal persistent itching, occasional odor, have used various different medications, based on Baofukang, please ask which medication is the most effective, can it be cured?

1) Metronidazole 0.2g each time, 3 times daily. Take for 7 days. Also available for vaginal administration.
(2) Tetracycline 0.5g each time, 4 times daily orally. Take for 7 days. Also available for concurrent vaginal administration of tetracycline, 2 times daily. Contraindicated in pregnancy.
(3) Telithromycin 0.2g each time, 2 times daily. Take for 7 days.
(4) Sulfamethoxazole is a nitroimidazole drug. Take 1g each time, once daily after meals. Take for 15 days.
(5) Amoxicillin 0.5g each time, 4 times daily. Take for 7 days.
(6) Cefixime 0.5g each time, 4 times daily. Take for 7 days.
When using any of the above medications, concurrent vaginal lavage with a 0.5% lactic acid or acetic acid solution should also be performed to thoroughly restore the acidic environment of the vagina and inhibit the growth of the bacteria.
