Design Life -- Zhang Zijie

Author: Shandong Fine Arts
Publisher:
Publish Date: 2005-04-04
Features: A crescent moon, a candlelight, a cup of tea, gazing at the sleeping West Lake at dawn, he felt as if he were a ripple in the lake, gradually moving forward. Such enthusiasm, such elegance. This person is Zhang Zijie, a man lost in deep thought in the darkness, saying he was the eyes that seek light. Zijie is calm and wise, unassuming yet full of charm. Just like his works, the tension of the lines is striking, the color rendering is unique and vibrant, and the expressiveness can be like a solo dance of fireworks, unrestrainedly soaring. With cultural foundation laid and symbols speaking, this is the vitality of Zijie's works. Like the West Lake, they are transparent and enchanting, profound and lingering. The wise see the invisible, and the wise contemplate before it happens. May Zijie treat life as a work and works as life.
