Doctor's answer:

The causes of infertility can be divided into male infertility and female infertility. In 1992, the World Health Organization widely adopted this classification for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility. The primary causes of infertility, in order of diagnosis, are: ovulation disorders, abnormal semen, fallopian tube abnormalities, unexplained infertility, endometriosis, and other causes such as immunological infertility. Additional factors include cervical factors, including cervical stenosis, which accounts for less than 5% of all cervical factors. Female infertility is primarily based on ovulation disorders, fallopian tube factors, and abnormal endometrial receptivity, while male infertility is mainly due to abnormal sperm production and ejaculation disorders. Women are more likely to give birth within two to three days before and after menopause. During the ovulation period, vaginal discharge significantly increases, becoming clear, translucent, and resembling egg-white-like strands of mucus.
