Features: Since the national campaign to control vehicle overload and overlimit began, under the correct leadership of the State Council, departments such as the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Public Security, the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the General Office of the State Council, and the State Administration for Work Safety have closely cooperated. Local governments at all levels have strengthened leadership, and all work has started well, with smooth progress and significant results in controlling vehicle overload and overlimit. To further consolidate the achievements of the campaign and provide policy guidance for controlling vehicle overload and overlimit, enabling localities to accurately grasp the policies and principles of the campaign, standardize law enforcement practices, and adhere to the rule of law in controlling vehicle overload and overlimit, this office has compiled and published all relevant documents, laws, and regulations issued by national departments since the centralized campaign began. This collection is provided for the study, use, and reference of workers and relevant personnel involved in controlling vehicle overload and overlimit. This collection includes two main parts: legal and regulatory provisions for controlling vehicle overload and overlimit, as well as standards, policies, and announcements.
