"Health and Wellness" was originally a small column on page 3 of "Newspaper Digest." It appeared in 1996 during the redesign of the newspaper, with the aim of increasing the newspaper's readability, relatability, and service. After its launch, it unexpectedly received a warm welcome from readers. "Newspaper Digest" is a small four-page, four-column tabloid that has been renowned nationwide for over two decades with its slogan "Small, Big World, Affordable Premiums." Due to its small format, selecting health and wellness articles required concise and practical content. At the time, the selection criteria were brevity and usefulness. Perhaps these two qualities allowed readers to obtain relatively valuable information in a small space. Some readers praised it as "less is more." As a result, some readers suggested compiling these "less is more" pieces into a book, and to date, four volumes have been published. Due to the continuous demand from buyers, we found it hard to stop, and thus came the fifth volume of "Health and Wellness." Today, as the fifth volume of "Health and Wellness" meets readers, we want to say a word of thanks to the readers who have long cared for and supported "Newspaper Digest": Thank you.
