Features: We have ample reason to say without exaggeration, "Every life begins with a story, and every life is filled with endless stories." Optimism, health, beauty, and storytelling always paint vivid pictures and scenarios in people's minds, sparking boundless imagination and dreams. It is, therefore, easy to understand why children love listening to, reading, and telling stories—they cannot grow up without stories; rich and diverse stories should also accompany their childhood. Stories often win hearts with vivid plots, and the wisdom they contain is usually conveyed through engaging narratives, making them easier for children to understand and absorb. This is what people often refer to as "teaching through entertainment!" This book primarily focuses on storytelling, accompanied by numerous exquisite color illustrations. The 80 children's stories selected for this book were originally published in various domestic and international publications by the author over the recent years. The works cover a wide range of themes, carry profound meanings, are rich in content, and feature compelling stories, making them highly worth the serious reading and appreciation of young readers. At the end of each fable, the editor has added a "Reading Tip" section. In addition to guiding young readers on how to grasp the main idea of each story, these tips also provide appropriate insights into the writing techniques of certain distinctive pieces, hoping to spark the interest and attention of young readers. Furthermore, since the author grew up in the Daba Mountains of northeastern Sichuan Province, the stories that flow from there carry a strong and unique local flavor. To help young readers across the country better understand and appreciate these stories, the editor has also made some necessary supplements and explanations. May the unwavering efforts and warm sentiments of the author and editor transform into a broad, colorful path and a loving, bright world for all young readers.
