Features: The Hundred-Word Fiction Anthology includes 184 works, arranged in alphabetical order by title. Each included piece possesses the three essential elements of a novel. According to the conventional rounding-off rule, if a story exceeds 150 words, is it still appropriate to call it a "hundred-word novel"? Therefore, the works in The Hundred-Word Fiction Anthology have a maximum word count of no more than 149 words. Thus, whether judged by content or word count, they are truly authentic hundred-word novels. Every story in this book strives to be short yet vivid, concise yet engaging, brief yet pure in flavor, short yet profound in spirit, short yet fresh and unique, and short yet rich in substance. It hopes to contain or spark a few sparks of thought, imagining the hardships behind it.
