Features: This book is based on the author's experience working at the Karbala Cement Plant in Iraq (a 6000t/d new dry process cement plant), where he mastered the advanced predictive maintenance management system and cement equipment anti-skid management system of European POLYSIUS Cement Machinery Manufacturing Company and HOLDERBANK Cement Company. It combines the author's experience in using domestically developed various lubricating oils and greases in new dry process cement production lines in China. After the first edition was published in 1994, equipment lubrication engineers reported that the book was very helpful in practical work. Over the past decade, the China Machinery Industry Research Institute and Sinopec Group have developed a variety of specialized lubricating oils and greases to meet the special requirements of cement plants in China. For the second edition, we have incorporated these new developments. Engineer Xiong Ran contributed significantly to collecting lubricant data, drafting and tracing, and creating tables. Additionally, during the writing process, Comrades Guo Airu and Dai Guangyu assisted the author in many aspects, for which we are sincerely grateful. We also extend our thanks to many domestic and international lubricant and grease manufacturers, petrochemical plants, and lubrication equipment manufacturers for their cooperation and provision of materials during the book's compilation.
