Features: For every person who has purchased a new home, they are in such a state—those who have bought a new home are no longer satisfied with just having space and functional areas, but rather, they care about interior design providing a comfortable life while also giving the environment more cultural connotation to meet people's multi-level needs for life. This is precisely the change brought about by economic development and social progress, or perhaps it doesn't require such broad tolerance regarding interior design. Otherwise, as one of the earliest manifestations of human civilization—building houses to live in—we are essentially "adding bricks and mortar" on the innate instincts and skilled work of our ancestors, making living spaces align with the overall development level of human civilization. This book is a collection of model home designs from major new Shanghai real estate projects. Based on the above requirements, we searched for dozens of interior design cases designed by professional designers from seventeen outstanding real estate companies, interpreting modern international design standards and people's pursuit of quality and taste in urban life from different angles. It also indirectly reflects the overall improvement in Shanghai's living standards, which can be said to be a microcosm of our socio-economic and cultural comprehensive development synchronizing with the world.
