Prioritizing domestic achievements, it also comprehensively introduces international data. The second edition of this book is based on extensive hand data, primarily the pathological data of 6,033 CNS tumors and 1,200 PNS tumors from the author's own institution, supplemented by various consultation and exchange materials from all over the country. The book also collects domestic data since the founding of the country, comprehensively statistics and analyzes 50 groups of 103,819 CNS tumors, deriving China's own data and comparing it with international figures. The content of the second edition has been significantly expanded compared to the first edition, in addition to the newly added electron microscope observations and immunohistochemistry sections in each tumor chapter, new chapters on gross tumor pathology, ultrastructural pathology, immunohistochemistry, and tissue culture have been written. Illustrations, color plates, and references have all been substantially increased. The total word count has also increased from 592,000 to over 1.2 million. This book is primarily intended for reference by the pathology community, neurology and neurosurgery communities, and oncology community, as well as other relevant clinical departments, as well as senior university students, master's students, and doctoral students and other medical workers.
