I have trouble sleeping at night because my suffering never stops. So what do you do at night to stop this suffering? I killed the Italian newspaper "Corriere della Sera" The content of this novel is simply too much rhythm, music, suffering, psychology, suspense, making it impossible to take your eyes off the book. For me, the American contemporary detective novel master Jeffrey Deaver, it seems that someone like Falatey, the meaning of life for him has long exceeded that of ordinary people, and he is a figure who can become legendary. A phone call is made to the popular program "Voices" on the Monte Carlo radio station. A beautiful piece of music is played, but it leaves a terrifying hint of "I killed." That very night, someone was indeed murdered, with a method that left people trembling. The Principality of Morocco falls into a city-wide panic. Local police and federal agents launch a joint investigation, discovering that the killer is not only cold-blooded and ruthless but also possesses extraordinary high intelligence and an exceptional taste in music. The killer meticulously plans and executes the murders in an orderly manner, yet deliberately calls the "Voices" program before the act, embedding the target of his murder in the music. Phone calls keep coming, and people keep being killed. The only clue the police have is the music the killer deliberately plays, yet it leads them on a wild goose chase, time and again being mocked and pushed into a desperate situation. The killer is like a ghost, seemingly only his voice can be felt, as if he is both human and not human. Who is this elegant and ruthless killer? What dark and complex experiences and inner world does he have? The truth of the story leaves everyone shocked and makes them ponder deeply.
