Features: If philosophy is regarded as a way of life, it is essentially no different from ordinary daily life. If there is any difference, it lies only in clarity and confusion, self-awareness and self-ignorance. Engaging in clear reflection on daily life to form a fully self-aware way of life is what constitutes philosophical living. This diary reflects on daily life, shining with the brilliance of reason, and contains enlightenment within its simplicity and approachability. If one wishes to control external things or people, they must first control themselves. However, it is easier for people to discover others as difficult to understand and master than to discover their own difficulty in being controlled. Because controlling oneself means complete self-restraint, which is morality, empathy, and love. Thus, people no longer try to control or dominate others but instead seek, based on empathy and love, to use every means to make others happier, more fulfilled, and to live better, more meaningfully. That is all there is to it, but this is the most challenging thing for humans to do in the world. There is no other reason than that people find themselves difficult to control. The greatest flaw of humanity is treating things expressed as entities. In reality, they are merely constructs, relationships, and continuations. The true entity lies behind all the constructs.
