Features: To standardize the work of applying for master's degrees based on equivalent academic qualifications and ensure the quality of degree conferment, the 16th meeting of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council decided to introduce a national unified examination on comprehensive academic level for applicants with equivalent academic qualifications. Since September 1, 1999, obtaining the "Certificate of Qualification for the National Unified Examination on Comprehensive Academic Level" in the relevant discipline has become a necessary prerequisite for applicants with equivalent academic qualifications to obtain a master's degree. The purpose of the comprehensive academic level examination is to strengthen the macro-control and standardized management of the state in conferring master's degrees on applicants with equivalent academic qualifications, and it is an important part of the national examination organized to assess the knowledge structure and level of applicants with equivalent academic qualifications for master's degrees. In 1998, we organized experts to compile and publish the "National Unified Syllabus and Guidelines for Comprehensive Academic Level Examination in Computer Science and Technology for Applicants with Equivalent Academic Qualifications." Over the past five years, based on the suggestions of a large number of candidates and relevant experts, we have revised this book carefully on the basis of summarizing the experience of recent years' unified examinations. The revised syllabus (Second Edition) will serve as the basis for the unified examination questions for applicants with equivalent academic qualifications to apply for master's degrees in the discipline of computer science and technology in the coming years, and it will also serve as a reference for universities and colleges to conduct relevant teaching and tutoring, as well as a reference material for candidates to review and prepare for the examination.
