Features: "Exploring School-Based Teaching Research": School-based teaching research aims to promote the formation of an internal mechanism within schools for self-development, self-improvement, self-innovation, and self-transcendence, making them true learning organizations. School-based research should move beyond a method-centered approach and focus on practical issues, especially those related to classroom teaching. Schools should provide necessary support and conditions for teachers to develop their own curriculum and narrate their own stories of curriculum teaching. Professional educators should go to the front lines of curriculum reform, engage in equal dialogue and sincere cooperation with teachers, and offer professional support and services. Teachers need to redefine their roles, shifting from "knowledge transmitters" to "curriculum researchers." They should "solve problems" collaboratively, "discuss the process of problem-solving" through narrative research, express their educational experiences, and share these experiences through dialogue, continuously enhancing their professional development capabilities and levels.
