Under the writing philosophy of "carrying forward the legacy and opening the future," this tutorial breaks through the outdated content framework and concepts of traditional classical guitar textbooks. It discards the common "encyclopedia-style" guitar tutorial writing model in China, which categorizes and vaguely describes performance techniques and musical knowledge, providing a more textbook-like teaching and learning reference for contemporary classical guitar education! The book primarily introduces the basic knowledge of classical guitar, which is particularly useful for beginners. All the musical scores included in the book have been proofread by experts. The completion of this book marks the end of three years of work by me and my partners. As teachers engaged in the foundation of guitar music education, we are often surprised by the recurring phenomena in most classical guitar tutorials we encounter (such as overly brief and illogical explanations of musical structure and performance techniques, repetitive and jumping progressions, and a lack of interest). Over the past three years, the focus of our work has been on collecting and researching various arrangements and combinations. This book is considered one of the more satisfactory results of these arrangements and combinations. Therefore, this work is more accurately described as an attempt to rearrange and combine the achievements of previous guitar pioneers rather than being truly creative.
