Features: Leading thoughts both in China and abroad, a premium reading for MBA students! This issue of "Corporate Culture Salon" introduces a new column and removes two old ones. The new column is "Management Forum," co-hosted with the School of Management at Sun Yat-sen University. This is thanks to the support and assistance of MBA students from the Pearl River Delta, the most economically active region in China. We believe readers will find a series of excellent articles in this new column. The two removed columns are "Game Mobilization" and "Personality Critique," but the removal of a column does not mean no more articles on these topics will be published. First, the column can be restored at any time, and second, some articles can still be published in other columns. The articles in this book that are highly worth reading are: the three short essays introduced in the "Three Words, Two Lines" column, namely "Wu Erlang Opens a Shop," "Thick-Faced but Not Shameless," and "Choosing the Point of Attack." This issue's "Book Recommendation" column recommends the book "Be Like a Clock," written by a government official with a background in business. Although the government has explicitly banned officials from publishing books, we believe reading the book by Zhang Baozhen, the official in question, is still very beneficial.
