To meet the needs of the National Education Commission's "15th Five-Year Plan" for the construction of basic teaching materials, facilitate the teaching of the "Business Negotiation" course in higher education institutions, and provide self-study tools for a broad range of economic and trade workers, as well as practical references for negotiators of different identities and positions. Due to the involvement of international and domestic business in business negotiation, the negotiation cases are extremely vast, making the selection and compilation process very challenging. Moreover, since various business negotiation activities are the secrets of enterprises, collecting them is highly restricted. To avoid misunderstandings and ensure the authenticity of the cases, the cases listed in this book are basically "first-hand experiences" of the authors—either their own business activities or those they have organized and participated in. Some cases were written after the authors conducted research and investigations.
