When suffering from infertility, what should be paid attention to in treatment?

Patient's question:

I got married last year. Recently, I've been experiencing lower abdominal pain, especially during my period. I'm very worried it might affect fertility, and I'm also extremely sensitive to cold and coldness. What should I pay attention to when treating infertility?

Doctor's answer:

Immune infertility refers to a condition where the patient has normal menopause and reproductive tract function, no signs of sepsis are detected, and the semen analysis of direct relatives falls within the normal range, but there is evidence of anti-pregnancy autoimmune factors; it is caused by autoimmune or allogeneic autoimmune reactions to antigens of the reproductive system. Recent studies on autoimmune factors suggest that there are mainly two types of immune infertility: anti-sperm and anti-ovum zona pellucida immunity. Due to the limited research on the latter so far, clinical diagnosis of immune infertility almost invariably refers to anti-sperm immune infertility. Modern medicine believes that the immune system is an extremely complex system, regulated by the nervous and endocrine systems, and in turn, it also adjusts the nervous and endocrine systems, forming a neuroendocrine-immune regulatory network.
